If two pipes or more pipes are going straight, then the distance between can be equal, but if the same is 45 degrees or in any other degree, then we have to face the problem, so let’s know its solution in this article.
दोस्तो आज के इस लेख में हम जानेंगे की पाइप का equal spread क्या होता है और इसे कैसे किया जाता है और इसका formula क्या होता है इसे मैं अपने वीडियो में भी बहुत अच्छा तरीका से समझाया हु आप चाहे तो मेरा चैनल subscribe कर सकते है मेरे चैनल का नाम Sk mechanical tech हैं equal pipe spread का मतलब की अगर एक से ज्यादा पाइप अगर जा रहा है तो दोनो के बीच का दूरी equal होना चाहिए अगर दो पाइप या इससे ज्यादा पाइप सीधा जा रहा है तो बीच का दूरी equal कर सकते है पर वही 45 degree हो या किसी अन्य degree में हो तो हमें प्रॉब्लम फेस करना पड़ता है तो चलिए इसका सॉल्यूशन इस लेख में हम जानते हैं
Example –
Two pipes are to be moved in 30-degrees maintaining a distance of 200 mm.
Example –
दो पाइप को 200 mm इक्वल distance मेन्टेन करते हुए 30-degree में लेके जाना है
Friends, as you can see in the picture above, one pipe is AB whose length is 500 mm and the other is EF. Its length is 553.58 mm and the distance between the two pipes is 200 mm. Here EF is 53.58 mm bigger than AB.
फ्रेंड्स जैसे की आप ऊपर के चित्र में आप देख सकते है की एक पाइप AB है जिसका length 500 mm है और दूसरा EF है गिसका लेंग्थ 553.58 mm है और दोनों पाइप के बाच का दुरी 200 mm है यहाँ पे AB से EF 53.58 mm बड़ा है
FORMULA-
#1 –
A * FORMULA = E
जहा A = दोनों पाइप के बीच का दुरी
E = पाइप में PLUS की गई दुरी जैसे की EF = 500 + 53.58
FORMULA की जगह पे हम degree का मन रखेगे जैसे –
22.5 Degree = 0.1989
30 Degree = 0.2679
45 degrees ==0.4142
60 Degree = 0.5773
formula में मन रखने पे जब की पाइप 30-degree में जा रहा है और बीच का गैप 200 mm है
A = 200 mm
degree 30 = 0 .2679
200 * 0.2679 = 53.58 mm यानि की जो दूसरा पाइप रहेगा पहले पाइप से 53 .58 mm बड़ा रहेगा
अब हम जानेगे की

A * Tan (D/2) = E
200 * tan (30 /2) = 53. 58 mm
