CROSS TEE (क्रॉस टी) –

CROSS TEE उस पाइप को कहते हैं। जो चारो दिशाओं में 90° में जाता है उसे Cross या Cross Tee कहते है यह इक्वल और उन इक्वल भी हो सकता है मै यहाँ पे Equal Cross Tee कैसे बनाया जाता है वह मै यहाँ पे बताने जा रहा हु ।

Cross TEE is called that pipe. The one who goes in 90° in all four directions is called cross or cross tee, it can be equal and those equals, I am going to tell you here how to make equal cross tee here.

Equal Cross Tee (इक्वल क्रॉस टी) –

Equal Cross Tee बनाने के लिए चार पाइप का टुकड़ा आवश्यकतानुसार लम्बा [400mm या बड़ा] लें। पहले एक पाइप के पीस पर 4 इक्वल सेन्टर लाइन निकालें ।

To make an equal cross tee, take a piece of four pipes as long [400mm or larger] as needed. First, draw 4 equal center lines on the piece of a pipe.

Top सेन्टर लाइन पर (किसी भी एक लाइन को Top CL मान लें) 1½ OD (उसी पाइप का) मार्क करें। इसे रेप राउन्ड पटा से दोनों किनारे साइड सेन्टर लाइन प्वाइन्ट से मिलायें ।

Mark 11/2 OD (of the same pipe) on the top center line (assume any one line as top CL). Mix it with the rape rounded plate with the side center line point on both sides.

फिर Bottom cL पर (Top के अपोजिट ) ½ OD मार्क करें तथा इसे भी किनारे साइड सेन्टर लाइनों से मैच करें। अब कंट आउट तैयार हो गया।

Then mark 1/2 OD on the bottom cL (opposite to the top) and match it with the edge side center lines. Now the cant out is ready.

इसी तरह बाकी तीनों पीस (पाइप टुकड़े) पर मार्क करें । कटिंग के बाद कट एरिया पर Bevel करें।

V बनाने के बाद की प्रक्रिया पहले एक पीस को दूसरे के साथ मैच करें। आगे के चित्र – में देखें । पाइप 1 नम्बर को 2 के साथ इसतरह मैच (मिलायें) करें कि दोनों का Top CL तथा साइड सेन्टर लाइन एक-दूसरे से मैच हों । –

Similarly, mark the other three pieces (pipe pieces). After cutting, bevel on the cut area.

V. After making the process first match one piece with the other. See the next picture. Match pipe number 1 with 2 in such a way that the top CL and side center line of both match each other. –

नम्बर 1 तथा नम्बर 2 को मैच करने के बाद दोनों को 90° में में दोनों को गैप सही करके दो छोटा-छोटा Tacking मार दें। फिर को 2 नम्बर के साथ मिलायें । सेन्टर लाइन मैच करें तथा 2 नम्बर : का 90° चेक करें । गैप सही होने पर 2 के साथ 3 को टैक (Tack) करें तथा 3 नम्बर एकदम सीधा (180°) में होगा। अन्त में 4 नम्बर को सेट… नम्बर तथा 3 नम्बर के साथ मैच होगा। अब क्रॉस बन गया।

After matching the number 1 and number 2, correct the gap between the two in 90° and hit two small takings. Mix it with number 2. Match the center line and check 90° of number 2. When the gap is correct, tap 3 with 2 and the number 3 will be exactly straight (180°). Finally set the number 4… There will be a match with number 3 and number 3. Now it became a cross.
