HOW TO READ ISOMETRIC DRAWING –
अगर हम इसको उपर से STUDYकरते है तो लाइन कुछ इस प्रकार होगा –
उपर से डाउन तरफ
साउथ -ईस्ट के बीच में ROLL
साउथ
डाउन
साउथ
ईस्ट
इस ड्राईंग में साउथ ईस्ट के बीच में होरीजन्टल रोलींग है। जहां भी रोलींग होता है वह पर एक त्रिभुज बना होगा। उस त्रिभुज में कुछ लाइनें खींची होंगी। अगर ये लाइन इसप्रकार दिखाए दे तो –
In this drawing, there is horizontal rolling in the middle of South East. Wherever rolling takes place, a triangle will be formed. Some lines must have been drawn in that triangle. If this line is shown like this –
(////)यों हैं तो Horizontal Rolling होगा। अगर ये लाइने (|||||||) खड़ी हैं | तो इसे
Vertical Rolling समझना चाहिए।
ड्राईंग में ऐरो (तीर) का निशान दर्शाता है कि लाइन में Flow (बहाव नीचे की तरफ है
The arrow mark in the drawing indicates that the flow in the line is downward.
– FW बताया गया है। जिसका मतलब है ये ज्वाइन्ट इरेक्शन के बाद वेल्डिं होगा ।
FW is mentioned. Which means it will be welded after joint erection.

ड्राईंग के दाहिने कोने में | Material (Fittings) का वर्णक रहता है। जैसे Pipe, Elbow, Tee वगैरह का वर्णक रहता है। सब अंग्रेजी में लिखा रहता है। Bill of Material या Erection Materials. | Note: Drawing अंग्रेजी में ही रहता है।

ड्राईंग के नीचे भाग में बहुत कुछ लिखा रहता है। जैसे ड्राईंग का नम्बर, लाईन का नम्बर, टेस्टींग, वेल्डिंग इन सुलेशन आदि का वर्णन इत्यादि इसे पढ़ना आना चाहिए। Fabricator ड्राईंग देखकर काम करता है। वेन्डिंग फोरमैन इसी Drawing को देखकर वेल्डिंग कराता है।
A lot is written in the lower part of the drawing. Such as drawing number, line number, description of testing, welding insulation etc., etc. should be able to read it. The fabricator works by looking at the drawing. Welding foreman gets welding done by looking at this drawing.
Q.C. वाले ज्वाइन्ट या Pipe का NDT, X ray करते हैं। कौन सा इनसुलेशन होगा इत्यादि सब इसी में लिखा रहता है।
