अगर flange को 90 डिग्री मे करना है तो हम आसानी से कर सकते है वही अगर 30 डिग्री,25 डिग्री या किसी अन्य डिग्री मे फिट उप करना है तो प्रॉब्लम फेस करना पड़ता है तो चलिए पहले हम जानेगे 90 डिग्री मे फिट उप कैसे किया जायेगा क्यों की कुछ लोग beginners भी होते है उनके लिए बताना जरुरी है

अगर आपको 90 डिग्री मे flange फिट उप करना है तो सबसे पहले एक पाइप लेगे जिसमे flange फिट उप करना है पाइप को किसी समतल या स्टैंड पे पाइप को रख कर उसे spirit लेबल मे कर लेना है जैसे की आप निचे के चित्र मे देख सकते है

फिर flange को 90 डिग्री मे फिट उप करना है 90 डिग्री मे Fit-up करने के लिए प्लम्ब को कुछ इस प्रकर लगाना है की साइड के दो होल पे लाइन डोरी साइड मे तूच करते हुवे जाये फिर टॉप पे वेल्डिंग के द्वारा टेकिंग कर देंगे फिर दूसरी साइड मे राइट एंगल के द्वारा गैप बराबर होने पर निचे की तरफ और लेफ्ट और राइट मे चेक कारके टेकिंग कर देंगे

How to fit up 90 degree flange If you have to fit the flange at 90 degrees, then first of all take a pipe in which the flange is to be fitted. Place the pipe on a plane or stand and mark it in the spirit label as you can see in the picture below. Then the flange has to be fitted at 90 degrees. To fit it at 90 degrees, the plumb has to be installed in such a way that the line string is passed through the two holes on the side, then the top will be taken by welding and then the other side. When the gap is equal through the right angle, we will move downwards and check left and right.

अब हम जानेगे कि किसि अन्य डिग्री मे flange को कैसे fit-up किया जाता है हम ऍक example की सहायता से जनेगे

Example 12 इंच flange को 40 degree मे fit -up करना है ?

सबसे पहले आपको पाइप का OD और CF मालूम होना चाहिए

जैसे की 12 inch पाइप का OD = 324 mm है तो

CF = OD*3.142

324*3.142=1018 mm

Formula-

CF*Degree/360 (नोट -degree के जगह पे आप जितना डिग्री मे flange fit -up करना चाहते है उस degree को लिखना है )

1018*40/360 = 113.11mm जो answer आया है उसको पाइप के 90 डिग्री का जो मार्किंग है उससे 113 .11 mm पे यक लाइन ड्रॉ कारेगे और जो flange का 90 डिग्री का मार्किंग है उसको rotate करके लाइन से मैच करके फिट -up कर देना है जैसा की आप नीचे की चित्र मे देख सकते है अगर आपको समझने मे कोई दिकत है तो नीचे दिए गए वीडियो के लिंक पे क्लिक करके देख सकते है
